3d fractal spikes

Made with mandelbulb 3d. A few years ago it was very popular on DA to make these kind of 3d spiky abstracts. Usually they contained some sort of 3d render made in a program like 3ds max or other programs. So the other day i was playing with mandelbulb. And while tweaking one of the formula's used i got this spiky shape. Made a render of it and further tweaked / manipulated the image in photoshop. Hope you like it!
